Hello everyone!    
My name is Benjamin or Ben for short.

I`ve been working on my blog for a couple of years but it is being written in Russian. Anyway you can check it too:) So as I`m studying English now (unfortunately, ESL - English as second language), I`ve decided to develop my writing skills (and actually thinking in English - oh, this is so hard), using my passion - cooking - too. Why not? I know it`s not supposed to be easy for me and I’ll probably give up it soon, but if it helps me just a little I will be pretty happy:)

Frst dish I prepared about 25 years ago and since that time I had been cooking often (usually something boring) but my real passion started some years ago with opening the world of lovely food and then taking food pictures. My usual cooking is quite simple (we love salads, vegetables and pasta and I`m going to share recepies with you) but sometimes I can do something really gorgeous...oh, sorry for bragging:)

So, I`ve been kicking around this short message for almost one hour....and I`m really scared to imagine the future and how to depict at least one recipe:) So, go ahead and good luck me! Sorry for any mistakes:)
