Salad with figs, pomegranate and cheese balls

Before I started living in Canada I had bought and used figs just in October and November. I always anticipated that time - it was so short period! Now this situation has changed and it is really awesome to prepare, for instance, a lovely salad in March!

Sorry, usually I don`t point out the exact amount of ingredients for a pasta or a salad and simply give an idea. You can change the amount according to your mood or smth. also:)

Ingredients:

Salad mix;
Fresh figs (cut into wedges);
Pomegranate;
Philadelphia Cream Cheese;
Sunflower seeds (roasted)
***
Dressing:
Walnut oil (or just olive oil);
Fig balsamic vinegar

1. Shape into several small balls the cream cheese and roll in sunflower seeds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Put salad mix, figs and pomegranate seeds into a bowl and mix well together.
3. To make the dressing mix walnut oil an fig vinegar well and put over the salad. I didn`t add salt but you can season with it to taste. Serve immediately with cheese balls.
