Salad with baked carrots and sesame seeds

I was not going to prepare this salad with fish. But finally I faced with a necessity to cook a salmon. So, I decided to bake it, just with a little of olive oil, salt and pink pepper, and added some of it in the salad.

Ingredients:
Salad mix;
Baked salmon (optional)
Carrots (baby);
Sesame seeds;
Olive oil;
Balsamic vinegar;
Soy souse;
Teriyaki

Preheat a oven, 200C. Put the carrots in the baking dish. Liberally drizzle over the olive oil, balsamic, soy sauce and teriyaki. Bake until ready but still a little bit firm to bite, usually no less 15 minutes. 5 minutes before ready sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to the oven.  Serve the salad mix, add the carrots and drizzle over the dressing from the baking dish. Add the salmon if you like.
