Salad with pasta, broccoli and sesame dressing

It was a pretty spontaneous decision to prepare this salad. Usually I plan on a week menu (sure, it can be changed during a week). That weekend we had a trip, so I didn`t have an opportunity to think over the menu and bought the ingredients. As a result, on Monday I faced with the necessity to prepare the dinner with something I had in the fridge:) This was quit lovely dish! But most of all I liked the dressing and I`ll use it in the future salads.

Ingredients:
Appr. 150 gr. dried pasta;
2 handfuls of broccoli florets;
1 ripe avocado (peeled and sliced);
Salad;
***
3-4 tbsp sesame seeds;
3 tpsp olive oil;
1 tpsp sesame oil;
1 garlic clove (finelly chopped);
Salt

Bring a pan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender but still firm to bite (al dente). Drain, refresh under cold water. Set aside. Cook the broccoli in another pan, in boiling water, just 1-2 minutes. To cool. In a bowl mix the cooked pasta, the broccoli, the avocado and the salad.

For dressing, heat a dry skillet over low heat, add the sesame seeds and cook, shaking the skillet, for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Transfer into a small bowl, add the garlic, the salt and the oil. Slightly grind the seeds by a spoon or a fork; mix well. Then drizzle over the dressing and serve
